Für alle Lieferungen von Vulpes Creative Arts an Verbraucher gelten diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB).
Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu einem Zwecke abschließt, der überwiegend weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbstständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden kann. - Vertragspartner
Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande mit Vulpes Creative Arts, Inhaber: Dunja Baur, Sonnenstraße 4, 86854 Amberg, Deutschland. - Vertragsschluss
- Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern nur eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung dar.
- Durch Anklicken des Buttons [„place binding order“] geben Sie eine verbindliche Bestellung der auf der Bestellseite aufgelisteten Waren ab. Ihr Kaufvertrag kommt zustande, wenn wir Ihre Bestellung durch eine Auftragsbestätigung per E-Mail unmittelbar nach dem Erhalt Ihrer Bestellung annehmen.
- Widerrufsrecht
- Wenn Sie Verbraucher sind (also eine natürliche Person, die die Bestellung zu einem Zweck abgibt, der weder Ihrer gewerblichen oder selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden kann), steht Ihnen nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen ein Widerrufsrecht zu.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries of Vulpes Creative Arts to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose which is largely not attributable to his commercial or self-employed professional activity. - Contractors
The purchase agreement is concluded with Vulpes Creative Arts, owner: Dunja Baur, Sonnenstraße 4, 86854 Amberg, Germany. - Contract conclusion
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking on the button [“place binding order”] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded if we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order. - Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i. e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you as a consumer make use of your right of withdrawal, you will have to bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

Delivery is made within Germany with DHL.
The delivery times depend on the place of shipment and the ordered goods including their further, individual processing expenses.
Delivery will take place only after receipt of the money.

Payment is optionally made by prepayment via Paypal.
Reservation of title
Until full payment is made, the goods remain our property.

Products offered by Vulpes Creative Arts may include small parts that can be swallowed.
